We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange or store credit , If you wish to make a return or exchange an item, please make sure it’s done within 14 days from delivery. The returned item must be in its original condition – unused and unaltered – all tags must be attached. Pre orders and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for the return costs.
***The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item(s) using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable
